I just got done watching this. I must say that this one was one of the most heartfelt and touching privacy-related videos that I have ever listened to. Awesome job THO!
The name of the channel goes before the title of the video. I believe that’s the protocol now for sharing videos.
FYI.
Yes
Yo, just give him a pass especially because he’s new. ![]()

Just FYI
Interview with the same person by Naomi Brockwell, but in a different format showing his face: Naomi Brockwell: He Built a Privacy Tool: Now He’s Going to Prison.
Lol I honestly did not expect that.
Yup this is another counter argument to add to those that say “Well if you’re innocent the justice system is gonna protect you”
No, they can choose not to and that’s another example
Things are chilly that’s for sure
That’s so fucked up ….
Edit:
How can sign this petition? Do we need to be US citizens?
Seems not necessary.
I haven’t watched the Naomi version and I probably won’t since I already listened to the THO one. However, when I listened to the guy’s story and the stuff that he said, this was actually the first interview I listened to so far that I actually got a bit emotional. I felt kind of a mix of sadness, sympathy, and anger about the Samouri guy’s story and what had happened to him. That is absolute BS that was what happened and makes me feel incredibly ashamed of my US government and my country as an American who was born and raised in the USA.
Also interviewed on Watchman Privacy:
The way Keonne and Bill were treated is a disgrace.
This case reminds me of those of Julian Assange, Roman Storm and Ross Ulbricht. Zealousness before and during arrest, unlimited resources on the governments’ side, outrageous charges upheld using circumstantial evidence and hand-wavy arguments, manipulation of judges, dismissal of the defendants’ arguments without a thought. No hope to receive a fair trial if the US government sets its crosshairs on you. Like Keonne said, these trials are not about truth and justice, they’re about power.
Terrible story.
Naomi Brockwell just published an interview with him as well.
Another reminder that the government ain’t your friend, and will always find a way to screw you even when you are innocent, just to make an example out of you.
