Are there any recommended RSS Reader for Windows?

While Thunderbird does support RSS feeds it is primarily an email client. If the OP is looking for a more stand alone RSS reader they may want to look into something like FlientReader.

Note: this is not an endorsement of fluentreader, it was just the only dedicated RSS reader for Windows I could remember off the top of my head.
