If you need an easy to use RSS reader with sync, I wanted to suggest https://feedbin.com/

It is open source and it is compatible with a lot of third party apps.
It’s privacy policy is more than enough in my opinion.

Yeah, if you want to pay for an RSS reader when you dont need to :laughing:. There are plenty of RSS readers out there that don’t charge money for such basic features. I think Privacy guides has a list somewhere of a lot of them.
