I want to make a system image backup with something like Veeam, Macrium, any others, but also have the drive encrypted (with Veracrypt, or something else?) so I can store it away off-site. Are there any backup solutions out there that would allow for incremental backups and also enabling me to include a single large folder from my secondary drive onto the backup?
Something along the lines of, decrypt drive, backup image from primary drive, copy folder from secondary drive(if there are changes), encrypt drive? Just trying to get the hang out of the flow for a weekly/monthly backup.
