(For-lack-of-a-better-option) browser recommendations for Android 9 or lower

Hi! :slightly_smiling_face:

Now that Cromite and Brave have dropped support for Android 8 and 9[1], users like me, who have a device running Android 9 or lower, will no longer receive updates for these browsers. But even if you have an old device, you can still improve your privacy and your security or make things worse, depending on the software you install… So wouldn’t it be a good idea to add a “recommendations” section/page for browsers that would be recommended on Android 9 or lower only if you can’t install the ones really recommended by Privacy Guides?

Firefox and forks like Fennec or IronFox are your only options for an up to date browser on Android 5-9.

But that device really ought not be used unless it is your only choice.
