Can I delete or plausible deny all my Discord acitivity?

Can you people please tell me if my assumptions are correct and give me some advice on how to handle my Discord messages?

There a 3 types of evidence for Discord messages I am aware off:

  • The actual message
  • A screenshot off the message
  • A bot log

I have two questions regarding them, that are very interconnected:

  • Is there a way to reach and delete all of my Discord messages, even from server’s I got banned from?
  • A screenshot’s of Discord messages a problem? I think that even before image AI was a thing, people with a little bit of picture editing skills, could easily fake screenshot’s, and since we have AI that can just generate such screenshots, every screenshot would be easy to deny. Am I right or do I miss something with that?
  • What about Discord bots that store messages for moderation purposes, do they delete them after a time? And how strong would Bot logs count as evidence for something?
  • Could I legally force admins to delete screenshots and bot logs of my messages?

With plausible deniable I am not only referring to something being just deniable in court but also in social context or towards an employer.

No, you cannot delete messages from servers you are banned from and/or have left.

Yes a screenshot is easy to deny.

No, you cannot legally force admins to delete screenshots and bot logs of your messages.
