If I wrote something stupid on a Discord Server, and someone has already replied to it, is it better to delete the message, were it will be visible that someone has deleted it, or to edit it to hide the stupid things?

No afaik.
I suppose both would be equally effective for hiding the thing you want to hide, but perhaps editing and clarifying could lend you more respect from fellow chatters.

There are a lot of alternative discord clients that do this. Always assume someone has a message logger.
Discord allows you to search for messages based on user. I search for my own username across the entire server and delete my messages after a period of time. However, this is only feasible because I probably write 10-20 messages total on discord for an entire year. My presence is minimal. There are likely some servers I have since left an now unable to delete messages in.
My messages are still logged somewhere but I share as informational.
Yes, but if they dont care, their logs will probably disappear some day, and even if not, it would just be a .txt which I can easily deny is true

It depends to be honest. I usually just always assume that there is probably some kind of message logger that has logged all the messages anyway. But yeah, I still do delete my messages when I want it gone.
