Good list,
A bit of an overkill for me, but it is a good of things to have around.
I used to carry an USB with some portable software, but stopped it when I realized that I never use it.

You literally carry all that crap every day? Why.

No, I don’t currently carry USB sticks, a RasPi, or powerbank. Most of this would fit in an Altoids tin. If you’re curious about any of my list or have alternatives I’m all ears.

Some examples from the web.

I carry a Pixel with GOS which stays in airplane mode most of it’s life.
In my work gear, I have an ac charger and cable.
In the car is another charger and cable.
Cash.

I never carry a bootable drive nor have the need of public computers, that’s what
the phone is for.

I do carry a multi-tool but that’s more MacGyver than privacy.

You should check out TheUrbanPrepper’s Altoids kits.

This almost looks like an IT kit or professional office equipment.

I always have the following with me:

  • Key
  • Wallet (RFID protected)

Partially:

  • my GOS PHONE
  • Thermos bottle

„Google“ it

while providing a screenshot of a DuckDuckGo search

honestly when you get so used to equating “search online” with “google it”, I dont blame them

but at this point what are we gonna call it right? it’s not like every person say uses duckduckgo or brave search all together
if say brave had as much market share as say bing, safe to say we could have replaced say “Google it” with “Brave it” (or “I googled it” → “I braved it”)

I usually say “search online” or if it’s irl conversation “let me look it up”. I never say “google it”. I thought about “duck it” but that could be misheard very easily.

Didn‘t thought someone would take that so seriously  It was just joke and not a real criticism or something, however I agree with what FedWSGOS said
