What do you think about dnswarden?
It has very neat feature with custom (no registration) filters dnswarden customfilter — Secure and configurable dns
So i wonder if it is better than adguard DNS?
Because i don’t really trust adguard since it’s roots in russia wich is not really privacy-respecting region
Never heard of it. I would still trust AdGuard and NextDNS first before this.
Also, AdGuard is in Cyprus. What Russian roots are you referring to? It was only founded there but moved elsewhere. So I don’t understand the concern.

It seems there are people that see “Russia” and make assumptions instead of reading the whole thing like OP here

You can can contact the developer, it is free, it says no-logs, you can customize your filter with open-source blocklists, there are multiple secure protocols. It looks good. Read the privacy policy though it really matters.
However I believe that it is a trust matter, like with VPNs, I don’t think that we can really tell if they log your DNS queries or not.
