Reason for waiting be marked as the solution

I think it would be helpful if tool suggestions that were marked as waiting, had what is being waiting for marked as the solution.

They are supposed to be, but sometimes we will forget. I went back and marked a few answers in the waiting tag. In other cases it is sometimes implied that waiting means waiting for it to actually be released in the first place, but that is usually clear in the OP.
