I’ve been using a spreadsheet for the past 15 years and it’s been working fantastic combining all of what you requested.
How do you do reminder notifications?

It looks like this.
At the very top, I have all my pending stuff.
In the middle I have actions that I can take now.
Then onwards, I have my calendar down to the bottom with conditional formatting in red for the next day task.
I don’t need reminders that way since I check this at the very least once a day.
I also have 2 other tabs.
One tab for recurring stuff that happens every year (birthdays and tasks that I need to do on a yearly basis). It looks like this:
Once a year, I can reorganize tasks from the recurring tab and copy paste in the main tab.
Last tab is simply a calendar tab that looks like this:
This one is used mostly for tasks like taking the trash/recycling out where I need to filter on specific week days.
Once I’m done, I simply copy paste again in the main tab. So it takes 1h per year of maintenance ![]()
