Great to see that Nitter has decided to return even though I will probably stick to self-hosting a private instance going forward.

xcancel.com is back up it appears. Took a bit to verify my connection, but then it did work.

Following legal advice, the Nitter project will continue. This instance and others will be back up and running shortly. An announcement will be made within a week, once we’re able to reveal more information.

How do I set this up? I tried adding the xcancel url to my RSS reader but it couldn’t find anything to load.

It’s not supported by all (or even most) instances. Nitter.net supported it, and if the instance does, you’ll see the RSS icon in the top right toolbar when on a profile.
