What is best privacy respecting Matrix server? With which server create account

There’s an unofficial list of Matrix homeservers to choose from. If you wanna find the “best” option, you could skim through the privacy policies of servers accepting new members and use an email alias when signing up. Nothing will be ideal since Matrix itself isn’t the most private or secure messenger, hence why Privacy Guides now only recommends it as a social network.
