Is there a temporary bank account I can sign up to to pay for pay as you go sism card

I am looking at getting a pay as you go SIM card but they require me to pay using my bank account. Is there a way of setting up a temporary bank account without KYC? I’m currently Bill pay but want to go out of the system as much as possible but still have the benefits of a phone. Cheers. G
