What? If you use credit card then its kyc.
Credit card is bad anyway because you get charged about 3% that are totally avoidable by using a better methode.

If you want to buy crypto anonymously, I recommend finding a crypto ATM near you and using cash to deposit your crypto in any wallet of your choice. I recommend Cake Wallet.
But buying crypto with credit is not non-KYC.

If you use an exchange for by Monero, they lose track after your send it to your wallet, or no?
Well, everyone’s mileage may vary but it primarily comes down to the brand of ATMs. You’ll have to look into what’s available at what fees in your location. Wish I had a conclusive answer for you. Sorry.
