[HELP NEEDED] Network issues on cruise ship

Set up separate device. Also with Linux mint 22.

I have following issue now:

ping 1.1.1.1

PING 1.1.1.1 (1.1.1.1) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 1.1.1.1: icmp_seq=1 ttl=54 time=90.4 ms
64 bytes from 1.1.1.1: icmp_seq=2 ttl=54 time=92.7 ms
64 bytes from 1.1.1.1: icmp_seq=3 ttl=54 time=92.4 ms
64 bytes from 1.1.1.1: icmp_seq=4 ttl=54 time=95.4 ms
64 bytes from 1.1.1.1: icmp_seq=5 ttl=54 time=96.8 ms
64 bytes from 1.1.1.1: icmp_seq=6 ttl=54 time=91.2 ms

But dig @1.1.1.1 google.com

;; communications error to 1.1.1.1#53: timed out

Looks like regular DNS requests blocked.

But the thing is DOH from mullvad (via rethinkDNS) working on my tablet (Android). Tried DOT, DNScrypt or DOQ (DOQ from adguard) not working.

Any way to try setting up DOH on desktop?

As I see, DOH uses HTTPS port, just like webtunnel. So it must make a trick. I hope.

Cruise ship.

Can you help to get around?

it looks like but have you tried to actually access a site?
Try tracert gorujokun.cy #replace that with google.com if you want, I know, plug of shame (basically traceroute to the internet see what you get).
Though could you also use a VPN or?
