Is it only me or Google is blocking SimpleLogin? Any alternatives that aren’t blocked?

not that I know of I have several accounts using it. Are you using a vpn?
Try creating a new account. Only creation of new accounts is blocked.
Verification and all worked but indeed do seem to get an error after.
