Irrelevant. In Germany a judge has to decide in these matters and when a judge oversteps or decides badly you’ll have to go through the instances to get the verdict overthrown. Very unpleasant, but that’s they way it works in most countries.

At least it is harder with Proton because they don’t have to adhere with EU or US laws. Court order must come from Swiss authorities.
