Firefox ppa how do we see what data they're collecting and sending?

I figure at this point it’s a waste of time to be upset about lack of transparency, and the gaslighting, and it’s not going to change a damn thing they do, nor should we trust them that it can be turned off. But how about really finding out what they’re actually doing instead of arguing over it. Then you truly know what you’re blocking and not blocking.

Is there a way to see what data firefox collects and sends about its users?

If you opted out of telemetry it automatically disabled PPA.
The issue was a UI bug where it still showed PPA toggle enabled.

I would rather know what data they’re collecting and sending whether it’s on or off. That way I can know for certain.

If your goal is to understand how the system works, and what data would be sent if this were an active experiment and you didn’t opt out of either PPA or Telemetry, start here:

  2. or here for something a bit less in depth.

If you just want confirmation it is disabled when you disable telemetry, and you are willing to trust the developers who worked on this specific project, see here:
