I found DroidFS which is an open source alternative for Veracrypt on android and i checked if it is recommended on Privacy guides but it was’t, So please add it as a recommendation if not please tell me why it you rejects it.
I use it, I it. I don’t care if PG don’t recommend it.
It might be one of the better options out there for a “vault” styled encryption. I remember CryFS in the early days, and hadn’t been keeping an eye on that to see how it has come along.
While I don’t expect this will be audited any time soon it might be worth adding as an android specific encryption tool. The only “veracrypt” style tool was EDS from sovworks, though I’m not sure how that works nowadays. I used it a very long time ago.
