Is this possible? I really like the feature of telegram that once deleted, it deletes for everyone. I have sent so many messages to group chats, I want to delete all of them at once. Thanks for helping me
if you are an Admin, prob can do with API.

Short of doing it manually, you have to contact the admins of each group, and ask that they delete all your messages. Unless you can think of any reason, I don’t know why they wouldn’t grant this request. I suggest you DM them. That, or do it manually.
If you do it manually, take it slow, do one or 3 months a day. Your messages appear in another color, so they are easy to recognize. I also find it stupid that Telegram never allowed self-destructing messages in groups.
