CommonHealth/TheCommonsProject - No longer active?

I recently started using the CommonHealth app we have in our Health recommendations. I couldn’t find my provider, so I tried to contact TheCommonsProject in-app to get my provider added.

For some reason, this just opened my email client without filling in an email address. So I sent an email to support@commonhealth.org about it, an email address listed on https://www.commonhealth.org/. I got an automatic response to that email saying it could not be delivered.

I tried calling tel:888-445-9072 about it, a phone number also listed on https://www.commonhealth.org/. I got “the number you have dialed is not in service” on loop.

So I tried emailing info@thecommonsproject.org about it, an email address I got from https://www.thecommonsproject.org/. It’s been just over a week so far and I haven’t heard anything.

Looking at their websites, https://www.thecommonsproject.org/ had it’s last newsroom post on February 2, 2024. Their last LinkedIn post was 11 months ago. Their most recent Tweet (nitter.net link) was March 3, 2025. Most of their projects on their GitHub organization haven’t had any activity in a long time, and even the most recent ones seem to just be bot activity, plus this one guy opening a PR on a repository that hasn’t actually had a new commit on main in 2 years.

It seems to me like CommonHealth/TheCommonsProject might be inactive. If your provider is already supported, I’m not sure that it would really affect you. But I’m curious, does anyone know if something happened to them? It’s a bit sad to think that I won’t be able to benefit from CommonHealth with them gone, and I’m not exactly expecting alternatives to pop up any time soon.
