Is it possible to create a apple id without a phone number?
They require a phone number I believe.

It is possible I have several but you need to be lucky with it. It does help to create it on an Apple Device. Just like making Google accounts is easier on an Android device.

thank you. so it was possible for you if you sign up from a apple device? Whats your recommendation for the email, should i create a new icloud mail or a use an existing email? and is the possiblity to get a new apple id in public hotspot higher?
I used simplelogin aliases without any problems
i used startmail alias and till today for me no luck 
but will try again
