They operate a DNS resolver without any logging and no personal data required. They are accessible only in encrypted ways : DoT and DoH.
Idk about QNAME and ECS.
They do not have blocklist.
This is a privacy focused advocacy organization based in Switzerland.

Idk if this should be in the tool suggestion category

Usually I question what another DNS resolver would bring to the table but, considering the issues Cloudflare and Quad9 have faced with being forced to poison their DNS, it seems worth having a few extra options in the back pocket.
