Would Microsoft Share User Privacy Data with Government Agencies?

To be more specific, would Microsoft offer its users’ privacy information, such as facial information and IP addresses, to government departments such as the CIA, FBI, DoD, NSA, DEA, DIA, and Secret Service, so that they can effectively catch the people these agencies consider to be criminals?

Yes, this applies to every company.

Comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal process, including from law enforcement or other government agencies.
