I am an iOS user, and the only recommended 2FA app on this website is Ente. I have nothing against Ente, but 2FAS also fulfills all our criteria. Why isn’t it recommended here?
It was discussed and denied, albeit a little while ago, here. It was rejected due to a lack of E2EE iCloud backups, which appears to still be the case based on this issue still being open.

They’re still working on it, should be coming with the next release.
