Who Is Privacy Guides For?

I think this is a serious issue that need to be address. Privacy is a spectrum and PG tries to cover the whole spectrum imo. However, without a clear audience and goal/aim/purpose results it does not be helpful for anyone. Currently, I see the audience as people who were suckered into the countermeasures-first approach of privacy by clever marketing, peer pressure, or just general lack of knowledge and the sites seems to be focus on privacy features/product promotion (even the knowledge base promote stuff).

I prefer this site to be a “guide” to privacy, as the name suggest. Privacyguides after all is not “privacytools”. Would like to know what others think about it.

Thanks for @anon34719932 for bringing this up this.
