Hey everyone, so I’m looking for an ebook reader (also would be a plus if it could read cbz/cbr the comics format) that is compatible with both Windows and Linux. My main must have is a beautifle clean UI and smooth scrolling. I’m thinking about installing Koodo Reader as it’s open sourced but I wanna see if you guys have any recommendations. I also don’t mind two different programs for comics and ebooks so yeah the ebook reader doesn’t have to read comic formats but it would be nice.
I’d recommend giving this thread a read
I don’t have a recommendation for both, but Foliate is a nice gtk4 ebook reader for linux.
I don’t have a recommendation for comic books. Personally, I just extract the jpegs from comic book formats and read them in my distro’s image viewer.
I think Okular can read comic book formats, not sure though…
