What data does Apple give to the police?

It depends on the country i guess but let’s say generally. The police in my country is very corrupt and i want to have some idea what risks will i be exposed to when using an iPhone.

On Apple’s website there is a section for law enforcement, where some data points are pointed as possbile to be given to the police.
But what about inferred data from analysing all the telemetry? Does the iPhone “profile” me and give this info or it handles only raw data poinst e.g. - IP, device identifiers, metadata etc.

There is also the problem with data brokers. Police can circumvent the law by buying data from data brokers. Apple is going more and more into the ad business, does that mean it is sharing more of its user data with data brokers/partners?

This is really only an issue when you are actively suspected of doing illegal things and when you’re actively being targeted and spied on.

Apple gives any and all data they are legally required to give to the authorities.

Yes, it may include this data too.

They do. Atleast in the US for sure.

Again, it will “share” or “sell” any data it can that would make them money.

And you seem to have already answered your titular question.

You can never know with such closed systems. Apple collect a lot of telemetry.
