Tuta. Their anti spam measures are so strong in a weird way that they even recommend using a VPN if you get blocked while using your own ISP’s ip address. Maybe you can try changing your VPN’s servers to find a usable one?

You still need to verify it, no? Like using another e-mail to confirm that you are not a bot.

But if my e-mail is flagged how can I “unflag” it?

Did you got flagged right after creating your account?

Thus far I haven’t run into this issue using ProtonMail (with none of the VPN providers I’ve been using). I would like to add Posteo to the list of email providers that (AFAIK) don’t use any anti-abuse measures.

Yes, that is the reason why I asked. Tuta has a waiting period for new accounts. They verify every account manually for spam prevention.
