VoIP/SMS providers without KYC, in EU/Germany?

Hi!

I’ve heard good things about the following providers: mysudo, cloaked, smspool and bitrefill. But the problem is that they are US-based or require US residency to use them ;(

What are some European and prefferrably KYC-free options out there?

Threat model: mass surveillance, data capitalism.
I am OK with determined individuals who will use timing/side channel attacks to reverse my crypto transactions or whatnot >w<

To be more specific what I’m looking for: I need all of it, one-time, mid-term and long-term handful of phone numbers to use for one-off registrations, purchases and whatnot, and different persistent offline and online identities, respectively.

Since you are specifically talking about Germany, afaik there is no legal way to reach your goal.
