What are some European and prefferrably KYC-free options out there?
Threat model: mass surveillance, data capitalism.

To be more specific what I’m looking for: I need all of it, one-time, mid-term and long-term handful of phone numbers to use for one-off registrations, purchases and whatnot, and different persistent offline and online identities, respectively.
I remember hearing that it would work because JMP’s numbers have a good reputation or something, but you have to have your browser fingerprint and IP address in check. I haven’t tried it so no guarantee or even assuredness.
I imagine that this is the best way to maintain longterm control over your Google account, anonymously, because a problem that I ran into a lot was Google sending new codes weeks after I created an account with SMSpool. You could create the account either with jmp or SMSPool and then switch or add JMP as a 2fa in settings.
Something that irks me, but you have to realize. Google uses phone numbers 100% for preventing us from creating private accounts (yeah it’s probably primarily for preventing spammers, but privacy focused people are swept up in it). Google knows SMS is not secure, but they know it costs a lot to maintain phone numbers, so they will challenge you if you look suspicious, even if you have TOTP.
I have been trying different solutions for creating Google accounts for some time now, just for fun.

My experiences:
I was able to create multiple google accounts with no phone number on GrapheneOS. Some were later suspended probably because of VPN IP addresses. Sometimes it asks for like sim card access or something, which it failed to do after I denied it. This method is variable, but I imagine would work well if you had a good IP address.
I was able to create a Google account with the default configuration and free proxy provided using https://incogniton.com. Google requested a phone number, but allowed me to input one to send a code, instead of sending a QR code. This allowed me to successfully make an account with an SMSPool number.
Cloakbrowser and Donut Browser are other anti-detect browsers that are more open source, more linux support, but you will have to get your own IP address with a good reputation. I really like these especially because they sometimes bypass captchas which is cool, but unrelated. You should have a much easier time making a Google account using one of these browsers.
I’m going to try creating a Google account with an SMSPool residential proxy (3 dollars for 1 GB) on Cloakbrowser and/or Donut Browser, so I’ll see how that goes.
Donut browser lets you put in any VPN config or proxy and is easier to use than Cloak because it’s a GUI.
I can recommend SMSPool.net for verification, you can buy a prepaid card at proxysto.re and pay with cash if that is a what you want. SMSPool has single use numbers or you can book longterm numbers too.
Alternativly you can try crypton.sh seemingly similar to SMSPool. There are also numbers for germany and other countries, but they are not avaliable atm.
Otherwise you can look at kycnot.me, there you find alot services which has no kyc.
