Those other operating systems are not of any real privacy value in our eyes as they are highly insecure which is why we do not recommend them. You would be better of with stock in real life until ready to move on to grapheneOS, and that is what we recommend here consistently. You might not like this but this is the stance we take as many in the other privacy communities underestimate the importance of an up to date and well secured system.
