Inginious way Chrome devs are basically eliminating the fingerprint that comes to having multiple browser languages, while minimising the impact for users.
tl;dr:
Chrome will only send your main language to the website, and if the website doesn’t support it, then the website will send all language it supports, and the browser will chose one of your language and send back a query for the page in that language.
