QR-codes with reverse color secret

I would like to ask if anybody knows or can\could develop a way to use reversed QR (exept main 3 cubes ofcourse) as double bottom for secret stored in QR Code?

For example: First you say what secret you want to hide, second - you put un-hidden message. Program creates QR with unhidden message as usual QR code. But if you say to your app\program to reverse colors (black to white and white to black, exept 3 main ones) the secret message would appear instad of un-hidden one

  • protection with encryptyon\password ?

It’s a lot more than the 3 squares that are required for it to be a valid code, and which couldn’t be changed. So… seems unlikely. The actual data is just the green portion here:

Thanks! Sadly :frowning: Maybe any other ideas how to “fill secret in” without paying attention? Somehow i read people even create QR with game snake (Snake in a QR code)

If you want an encrypted payload, you can just make a qr code of a link that has that encrypted payload?
