Proper DNS testing sites?

I am searching for a good DNS testing site, both for leaks and latency tests. So far I was using dnsleaktest.com and dnscheck.tools and I am searching for something better. dnsleaktest is good and it only shows one DNS server, on the other hand dnscheck.tools is showing totally different results and very high latency.

For example I tested Adguard DNS, Control D and NextDNS. Adguard DNS did a world tour, included results from IPv6 (which is disabled on my systems, as well as via VPN), from Google and Cloudflare and many other hosting companies, no idea why. NextDNS and Control D always gives 250-300 ms minimum but at least resulting DNS servers are from their own unlike Adguard. IVPN is not compatible with that site, test is taking several minutes and with 25k ms.

So, I am searching for a proper test method to select my next DNS provider.

Cool, +1 bookmark in order to expand my analysis tools,
I’m planning a mini-blog related to DNS
(actually it’s a very deep topic, the whole thing is not so clear cut)

When I tried out GrapheneOS their Info app showed me knowledge bases and there was a forum thread discussing DNS dilemma using browserleaks

Everyone here, contribute more resources to this topic, I think such a toolkit will help to assess the quality of the privacy services we pay for.

Huh? That seems weird, the site is literally run by IVPN.

Anyways, mullvad has one - Connection check | Mullvad VPN

Try dnscheck.tools, dnsleaktest shows one DNS server but dnscheck shows multiple servers and absurd latency

Which test did you use on dnsleaktest.com? Standard or Extended?

Always extended.

Edit. Here are screenshots from IVPN with Adguard DNS active.
