I’ve been trying to find some alternative to NewPipe that works for iOS.
Generally, I use GitHub - FreeTubeApp/FreeTube: An Open Source YouTube app for privacy or NewPipe but none of them are available in iOS.
I know about GitHub - iv-org/invidious: Invidious is an alternative front-end to YouTube but even I plan to set it up and self-host it at some point, I want something that does the job as NewPipe or FreeTube do.
Any recommendations or things you have tried?

There is Yattee but it is pretty rough around the edges still. There was one other frontend I remember encountering, but unfortunately I can’t recall the name.
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find a viable option. Yattee hasn’t been updated in almost a year and when invidious/piped worked even then it was a 50/50 shot if it’d even play something. Right now I’m only to watch short videos on Nadeko’s onion version of their invidious site but if i load up any video longer than 10 minutes it starts freezing up and buffering eternally.
Ye, I mainly asked because all the suggestions in this site are either not updated or I’m not really into them atm.
