While I agree with everything in this video. Its hard to believe that there are people that simply do not care about their privacy and prefer convenience. No matter how invasive and intrusive companies get day by day.
What I see a lot of is not so much that people flat out do not care about privacy, it’s that convenience ends up trumping the private options, whatever they may be.
I’m yet to meet someone who says they don’t care about privacy, it’s just that they prefer what they have or haven’t found a better solution for themselves.
I’ve met people who don’t care, and I’ve also met people who are just ignorant of it all. Until they’re educated about it somehow they’re just blinded by all the noise. I personally think people don’t care until it directly affects them in their own way- and everyone I think has their threshold. How much is too much?
