Enshittification of life itself continues.
I love Cory Doctorow. He should be bigger than he actually is. It’s disappointing that his fiction work is not as popular as his non-fiction work. Because I truly believe that some people are never going to fully appreciate the dangers of surveillance until they see it in modern fiction. I know there’s Black Mirror, but its quality has been waning over the years, and there are so many themes around privacy, surveillance and consumer rights that they could explore, but have yet to.
