After reading this I think I might delete my account.
I rarely need to use Paypal for anything. Going to delete my account there.
Yep, I deleted my account yesterday, I hadn’t used them for anything in a long time, mostly had it around in case I ran across a merchant that required them or something weird.
Sucks that they own Venmo as I expect the same behavior to happen with that, I’ll just stop using it for any merchants at this point as I still need it for family and friends.
If you are in the US, privacy.com is pretty good as a payment processor, but it’s only a matter of time before they restrict even more stuff to their paid model.
