I use one vault for accounts and separate vault for standard notes(using offline mode) and separate vault for file encryption like cryptomator.

Why compartmentalize?
There is no right or wrong way. Whatever works for you. All passwords and authentication credentials are E2EE (provided you’re using one of the recommended password managers). So, save info in it in the way it works for you.
