Mullvad VPN on macOS vs. iOS

I’ve noticed that on my MacBook, the Mullvad VPN app allows me to choose different servers for entry and exit. These can even be in different countries. However, this feature doesn’t seem to be available in the iOS app.
Additionally, my iPhone, which runs iOS, serves as a hotspot for my MacBook, and both devices have Mullvad VPN installed.

Is there any way to enable this functionality on the iOS app as well?

Multi-hop is also not available on Android.

This is one of the reasons why I don’t use Mullvad VPN.
