Hello everyone,
I am looking for an audio/voice recording app that can be activated by pressing the power or volume button without having to fully log into the phone and activate the app first.
This way, I can just leave the phone in my pocket and quickly press a button instead of having to take the phone out, log in, start the app, etc. Does anyone know if such an app exists?
MacroDroid will let you do that. There are a bunch of templates with different options (like volume key press or flip phone). You could also create your own Macro.
I have looked at this app, but unfortunately, you have to pay for it.
update: i found the solution and get it working with a opensource app Key Mapper + Easy voice recorder.
I’m pretty sure I never paid for it. There’s also a donation link in the app so pretty sure it’s free.
