Does anyone have any recommendations for sanitizing links before opening/sharing them? I am looking for options on PC and mobile (GrapheneOS). Currently, I have only been able to find https://urlcleaner.net/ for browser use and GitHub - TrianguloY/URLCheck: Android app by TrianguloY: URLCheck for android but I don’t see many people recommending them online. Are these the best options?

uBlock Origin’s Logger + uBlock Origin Scope, $removeparam plus various syntax in custom static filter rules, and a lot of time to maintain and refine them.
Brave has this feature baked-in.
There are a few browsers extensions for that too but I wouldn’t recommend those because you never know what runs on there. 
Most of the time it can actually be done manually by just keeping the initial left part of the URL.

Brave has a manually-curated static filter list, but it is not compatible with uBlock Origin because the JSON file is not EasyList syntax-formatted:
