The main solution to this is a dedicated IP address

You could also try a shared static IP such as what is offered through Windscribe. These IPs are only shared with around 10 users at a time. Which makes them much less likely to have the banning issues you are facing, while still not having the traffic directly tied to your account, unlike a dedicated IP.
