has a clear e2ee option at the beginning unlike default jitsi

We do not recommend Jitsi because the e2ee was experimental at the time, not sure how that is these days. That being said I have used Jitsi sometimes as VOIP solution when people needed a phone number I just give theirs and an dial-in code. Perfect way to have a temporary phone number if you know when they will be calling.
What is this dial-in code ?
