I’m assuming all you want to do is upload images. Some things I’ve used, and have seen used in places like IRC are:
https://0x0.st (you can submit files from the commandline, if desired, making it somewhat popular on IRC)
https://litterbox.catbox.moe (temporary flexible file storage)
The privacy and security of the above are basically just “trust me bro”; 0x0.st even admits that they check uploads to ensure compliance with their acceptable use/content policy.
If you want a stronger assurance than that, then I’ve seen https://share.riseup.net used a fair bit as well.
