I’m trying to make a long list of file hosting websites that respect the uploader’s privacy and allow files to be hosted forever (and optionally have client side encryption features).
I have a few for now such as (EDIT: https://rentry.co/filehosts) but can’t for the life of me find anymore.
I hope to make a public list that’s updated every time something happens to existing sites or if some new site pops up. Recently filehaus.top died without any notice beforehand, so I don’t want that to happen again without noticing.
And yes, this is the only reason I signed up - but I’ve been watching topics on here for some time now.

I’ve found a few more, like anonymfile.com and uploadbay.net, but can anyone attest to their reliability?
I’m working on putting together list somewhere.

Yeah I feeling that you’re list has the potential to become more epic this year
I’d be cautious about trusting any of them that aren’t AGPL. In this case, encrypting your data before uploading it is likely the best thing you can do, which I’ve seen done many times before.

Ironically anonymfile blocked me via Cloudfare for using a VPN. That’s an issue out of the gate for me.

Most use Uguu or similar software. Those that don’t, as far as I can see, just use short JS to optionally encrypt files locally or show upload status, but I don’t know much about that.
