How to use DoH on iOS without installing a profile?

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for a way to use Mullvad DNS without installing a profile on iOS.
Is there privacy friendly way to do it, like an app or something ?

Theres this ‎DNSecure on the App Store

Its foss GitHub - kkebo/DNSecure: DNSecure is a configuration tool of DoT and DoH for iOS and iPadOS.

After making a research I found that Adguard Premium/Pro supports the native DNS settings API, since the app is open source and I already trust them with their ad blocker I’ll go with that solution.

I also found that the IVPN app offers the same functionality even if you don’t pay for their vpn.

In the bottom line I’ll go with Adguard.
