anyone know of secure websites or apps that allow me to share files securely? ive heard of mega but their upload speeds are too slow and glitchy and im not sure if they are legit or not. i also dont want to use the tor or apps like i2p. let me know of your suggestions

I’ve mainly been using Wormhole on android/windows and Warp on Linux for Magic Wormhole. It’s also recommended by soatok.

No? They all work with each other since they all use magic-wormhole as the backend. They have more options listed here.

I use either Proton drive, Syncthing, localsend or a USB. some cool stuff I’m learning in this thread though, had no idea simplex was 1gb that’s sick. That’s actually a genuine selling point to people that don’t care about privacy.

Cheezypizza, although I don’t think it’s encrypted. You need to encrypt the files beforehand.

I usually use TresoritSend for anything too large to attach to an email (25MB limits are so 1999). Encrypted, 5GB limit.
Also, I should have mentioned too that it should default to local network transfer if possible, and fallback to transfer through the server if not. Keys are always negotiated through the server though.
