Maybe the most straightforward way would be to dress all black and wear a skimask or hood + medical mask. But I think this could easily attract unwanted attention.
I am not sure if this attention is really a problem, since it’s legal to wear such an outfit in my jurisdiction so even if they call the police and the unlikely scenario happens that they arrive fast enough that I am still at the scene, nothing significant would happen to me.
But is there a less attention attracting way to dodge cameras?
